Residential Land Development experience is typified by 2,500 acre Sweetwater Oaks, Sweetwater Club and Sweetwater Country Club Subdivision in Seminole and Orange County, Florida.

We are a consultant to several National Firms Specializing in procuring ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys for National Clients. Most recently we performed the surveys in Central Florida for Outback Restaurants, Albertsons, and Arby's along with providing ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys to local Investors on individual properties.
